Alum Rock Park + Early Bday Present

After saying I was going to go for about a month now I was finally able to get out and go hiking at Alum Rock Park in San Jose.  I also took the opportunity to take some pictures though lugging all the equipment around wasn't fun.

Poker Night

It was the second night in a row that played some Texas Hold'em and it was also the second night in a row that I ended up losing.  Tonight though I played with my family.

Nikkor 85mm f/1.4g

I finally received my Nikkor 85mm f/1.4g yesterday.  Took a couple test shots and I'm loving it so far, can't wait to play around with it some more!

I've sort of ran out of things to blog about so I decided to start blogging about one of my hobby that I'm trying to pick up: photography.  I currently own a Nikon D700 camera body and the lens that I have are the Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8g and Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6g DX.  Today I received my Nikkor 50mm f/1.8g.
